Question: Can dispatch board be veiwed and or utilized on more than 1- PC at a time?
Yes, but you would need to run in two different browsers so the cookies don’t get confused (i.e., Internet Explorer on one Dispatch Board and Firefox on the other).
Is it possible to create any sort of a custom interface to FSM? I would be interested in using some sort of API or Webservice to do some customization. For instance I would like to write a web app that would allow the end customer to make a service request.
Yes, there is an API for Intuit Field Service Management. It’s fairly complex. If you’d like assistance building interfaces between IFSM and other systems and databases, please reach out to AQB (www.AQB.com), a partner of both Intuit and Corrigo for professional services of this type.
What, if any, are future plans for IFSM to better integrate with mobile/bluetooth printers, as well as utilizing the intuit credit card reader via iPhone/iPads?

Great questions. Regarding mobile printing, this is not currently on the product roadmap because our goal is to help businesses “go paperless”. When your customers truly need something on paper, you can either email the document to yourself and print it that way, or sync it to QB and print from there. Regarding the integration with GoPayment swipers, that is not technically possible because the GoPay API does not allow integration from external apps like Intuit Field Service Management. Corrigo truly regrets this. So, you may either “manually enter the credit card” into our mobile app and the invoice+payment will sync to QB “integrated together, hand-in-hand”, or you can minimize the IFSM mobile app and open ANY other credit card swiping app, take the payment there…and inside QB you will manually reconcile the payments with the appropriate invoices. Admittedly this is a tough decision!
